Shipping policy

Free shipping over $35

Orders of $35 or more (after discounts, before tax) ship free to eligible U.S. delivery addresses. Below $35, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability.

Processing time

Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day. You receive tracking as soon as the shipping label is created.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs and public holidays can extend them.

Carriers

We select the carrier according to the destination and package size. The carrier name and tracking link appear in your shipping confirmation.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. Note that carriers often take several hours to show the first scan — a number that looks inactive at first is normal.

Where we ship

Shipping availability is confirmed from the delivery address at checkout. We currently advertise delivery within the United States and do not promise international delivery.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

We ship to the address exactly as you enter it. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we refund the order minus the original shipping cost, or re-ship once you confirm a corrected address. Please check the address before you pay — it is much cheaper to fix it then.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking remains inactive past the estimated delivery date, or the box arrives damaged, use our Contact Us form within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We will trace the package and either re-ship or refund it. Photos of a damaged box and its contents help us resolve the issue faster.
